Cross Country

Reed had his first cross country meet this past week. He has been training very hard and out of 179 racers in second grade across the county, Reed finished in 10th place with a time of 7'33.81. They run the boys and girls at the same time so out of the boys, he finished 8th place. I was very proud of him!! He got a nice medal to hang on his rack and beat his goal which was to finish in the top 20. Hopefully he can do it again this week.

He just avoided this crash, he said he jumped over it.  The boy on our team in the crash actually ended up coming in first place.  A little crash didn't stop him.
