FUSION Softball

Millie's Fusion team is on fire this season. They won their first tourney in Columbus in March and they have been doing great ever since.

They played in Columbus again in May and won that one. Then we hosted a tourney, Spring Swing, at our home fields in Floyd Knobs to raise money and we won that one as well. I really enjoy this team. The girls all get along really well, have great attitudes and the parents are wonderful to be around as well. Our coaches work hard and put so much into these girls, it makes it all worth it.

Travel Baseball

Reed had his last travel ball tourney this weekend for the team he is currently on. It was formed quickly thinking these would be the All Stars after REC was over so they wanted them to play a few games as a team before All Stars started.

They won their first game this weekend and lost the second. They ended up getting beat the first round of the tourney by the team that won the tourney. He asked to play catcher this weekend and he did a few innings there and 1 at pitcher.

REC Ball

Millie's been doing great in REC ball, there is only 1 team we can't seem to beat. Their pitcher is our Fusion pitcher and our REC girls just can't hit well off of her. But that's ok, we are happy she's a great pitcher!

The REC season is wrapping up with only 1 more regular season game this week then tourney the last week of school.

Millie has been pitching really well for her REC team and has been having a lot of fun.
