Millie's team won the championship. The girls played great and had a lot of fun playing this season. Millie really showed her talent and understanding of the game all season. She has really improved this year in understand where to make plays and thinking fast. She did great making sure she knew where the plays were before the batter batted. She was quick fielding and has a very accurate and powerful throw.
A few weeks ago she competed in a pitch, hit and run competition and won for the furtherest and most accurate hit. She was given her award after her championship game. She was invited to move on and compete in a higher level competition but we choose not to go because she had a travel game that weekend.
